Really bad start to the new season for Emil Sayfutdinov. One week before 1st round of Speedway Ekstraliga he has to undergo rehabilitation of his shoulder. Emil Sayfutdinov injury update.

On the 1st bend of 1st heat in Saturday’s Speedway Best Pairs Cup Emil Sayfutdinov had a harmless-looking crash. Later on he rode 2 more heats, but then he decided to withdraw from tournament and soon after he has also withdrawn from Sunday’s Edward Jancarz Memorial.

On Sunday he flew to Barcelona to check with doctors how is his shoulder and unfortunately for him he was diagnosed with habitual dislocation of the shoulder. Today he wrote on his facebook that he will be out indefintely but said that he keep fingers for Unia Leszno and Elit Vetland which means he will be out in May when Speedway Elitserien starts its season.

Other portals provides his status as out for 2 months. This is really bad news for Unia Leszno, on Friday they will face at home Stal Gorzów (live TV). They have already said that Tobiasz Musielak will be in the squad.

Peter Kildemand was also forced to withdraw from yesterday’s Memorial after going straigth into Patryk Dudek but should be fine for the start of the season.

Emil Sayfutdinov injury was renewed after this crash.

UPDATE ON EMIL SAYFUTDINOV INJURY

On April 6th Emil Sayfutdinov underwent surgery on his shoulder and his status should be determined soon.
