According to Falubaz Zielona Góra Kenni Larsen has been shot in the head yesterday and has reportedly been placed in a medically induced coma.

His family has contacted polish club where Kenni Larsen signed new contract this year. Last year he averaged 1,63 point per heat in Speedway Ekstraliga and 1,89 p/h in Speedway Elitserien.

Fyn Police confirmed that a male underwent emergency surgery at Odense University Hospital following an incident in Holkebjergvej in south-west Odense.

No further details concerning accident known yet. We’ll keep updating you about Kenni’s health as soon as any more details will be known.

Kenni has been out shooting with a pellet gun when a stray bullet burned off. Kennis mechanic found him and called for help. Kenni is now sedated coma. No one knows exactly what happened or how it happened more than that it is a shot or take in the head. „

Falubaz Zielona Góra spokesman Marcin Grygier told Przegląd Sportowy that Kenni Larsen’s mechanic was taken by the police, accident probably happened while fooling around and was just a misfortune, but nothing is confirmed yet.

Danish media are reporting that police came with theory that he somehow caused injuries himself and police have no reason to believe that mechanic was present at the accident itself.

In two days Kenni Larsen is going to be woke up by the doctors.
